I can only presume that the reviews on here that are good are fake We engaged Grant in June 2019. We have had to chase and chase and chase. 2019. It’s now October 2020. We were told “nearly finished” when we chased it in November 2019....... We were told not to panic in December 2019 because we had until May 2020 to lodge it through an agent like him. We have only just lodged it. And it was a simple tax return. Got to pay 2000 for the pleasure too Never calls back. Never responds Gives no guidance or information I got more information and guidance from “the admin” than him. Don’t use COVID-19 as an excuse when this ball was rolling months and months prior. I will be addressing the issues to the appropriate governing bodies. 2000 for this “service” Absolutely laughable. ***update*** They eventually sorted our tax return, not heard from them at all since submitting the forms to close the business so no idea what’s happening there. And as for not having us as a client.....you know it’s in my husbands name. Be warned. Use these cowboys at your own risk. I’ve even had various members of their staff message me on Facebook following our Facebook review, telling me how awful the place is. True story....

I've been in business for over 2 decades and quite frankly have engaged quite a few different Accountants in that time, that was until I meet Grant and his team at McCarthy & Co. These people are genuinely invested and really good at what they do, which in my experience is a rare find. They add a lot of value for the fair and reasonable fees they charge.
