We had a post office box at the Richmond. Shortly after paying the annual renewal - we were advised they had moved locations to another suburb (Carlton / North Melbourne). The new location was not suitable for us and we asked for a refund. It's now been 4 months and no refund has been issued. We are in the Tourism sector and struggling due to Coronavirus. MBE is forcing us to pay for services we can't even use.
