The best in Maydena!! Upon arrival at giants’ table and cottages I was greeted by the lovely host Jenny who opened my cottage and invited me to dinner later that night at the on-site pub/restaurant. Cottages were well appointed, clean, private and comfortable. I joined the other guests staying at the cottages for dinner and a drink. Local wine & ciders promptly available and more well known variety’s are also available on Tap in the bar. Food was excellent for the price paid with very generous sized meals. Lovely hosts (Jenny & Pete) were more than happy to have great banter and make you feel at home in their establishment. Locals and fellow guest all feel welcomed, cozy & warm (open fireplaces). Can’t wait to return to visit again. Highly recommend for both individuals travellers and those travelling together.

Excellent food - large portions and very well priced. Surprisingly good local beer selection. Only food in the nearby area, but not resting on their laurels. Came back twice.
Pete and Jenny provide a wonderful stay! You simply must stay here if your visiting Maydena. We had the comfort of our own cottage but the hospitality of a B&B. Alpacas, Platypus, Goats and Chickens to greet you and a bar and restaurant after a big day riding. This is the second time we've stayed and the hosts are working super hard to restore GTC.
The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner (calamari steak and vegetarian curry), and highly recommend the malva pudding. After dinner, we had a chat with Jenny and Pete. Lovely homey vibe. We wish we could have stayed more than one night!
Taken here by a friend from up the road at Left of Field. He promised a delicious meal and this place delivered hard! Massive meals, well cooked, amazingly spiced, melt in your mouth steaks and dance-on-your-tongue curry. Thanks a lot! Best wishes and we will see you again.
Five of us visited and each had delicious meals. Cheesy garlic bread was amazing! Lamb shank was super tender, garlic calamari steak incredible! The owners were super friendly, had a great night out!
Lovely restaurant with very affordable, big meals and well-prices beers and wine. The owners make you feel at home, especially when you’re escaping the cold outside to the cozy fireplaces inside!
Our family visited Maydena and ate at Giants Table 2 out of the 3 nights, food and service was excellent. Highly recommend the Calamari Steak (which is an actual fillet of calamari, not steak with a calamari topper) delicious meals enjoyed by the whole family. Thank you
