We moved from Optus on divert to Zendesk Talk to Maxo for our business lines, as we really needed a truly remote working solution for staff everywhere. At first I was nervous as I didn't know if making this decision to move from a national carrier to an unknown was smart. But, Optus diverted to Zendesk was not a good solution too much lag in the calls, and Optus didn't have a truly remote global solution, only a local one. (One of my staff after 10 years with my business was moving to France to live - but she was going to continue working remotely with me) So I needed a real global solution. So I made the decision and moved everything to Maxo. BEST DECISION EVER !!!!! We have now been with Maxo for 3 years, we have staff in country locations around Australia (and France), and in those 3 years we have never had an issue, never had an outage, calls are clear and no lag (meaning I don't have to wait 1 seconds to hear what the caller has said) and all staff operate from their desktops with soft-phones. If any business owner is looking at solutions, this is the one to pick, I spent months in decision paralysis looking at all the options (most US based) all of them did not give the price and amazing call clarity that Maxo provided. Well done Maxo for making this small business owner a happy lady.

Good VoIP system. I find their web portal to configure your PBX/sip trunk is easier and clearer to use then others. Price is very competitive. Support answers tickets relatively quick.

Maxo tel is a really effective and affordable way to do Business tele communication. I have found this Company has super customer support! ( I have been with them now for 12 months and they have been consistently helpful and very accessible during my setting up phase and when I had to trouble shoot or tweak my system a little bit.) Aside from all of this, today Maxo really made my heart leap!! My Business has to close because of COVIT 19 for the next three months at least. Maxo generously offered to suspended my account so that my Business has one less stress to worry about (No phone bills while my Business is closed and stressed)! Thank you so much for making my suffering easier. You are true Hero!! God bless you
