I have found Max to be a highly skilled, professional and unique coach. He is a genuine nice guy who is patient and kind and incredibly passionate about bringing out the best in his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age and fitness level who is looking to make positive and lasting changes to their mind, body and overall health. After 2 hip replacements in my early 50’s, I have struggled with bursitis flare ups and ongoing soft tissue soreness. It’s been a 6-year bumpy road of rehab with many frustrating set-backs. In Jan 2020 I met Max and I am beyond grateful our paths crossed. He takes an individual holistic approach to his coaching, including teaching the importance of the breath, sleep, posture, bio-mechanics, building a strong foundation, focus, mindfulness and recovery techniques. His knowledge in all areas is extensive. After six short months, I can say I am predominantly pain free and feeling much more confident with my overall strength and mobility. I am enjoying long walks again and back to hiking. Life is good. I can’t thank you enough Max, I know this is just the beginning!

Very high knowledge of how the whole body moves and operates. No matter my issues, Max always knows the right remedy for improving my muscles. For me, one of the best things Max taught me what how important breath work was. It maybe simple but so important! Highly recommend Max for all your body health needs!
I have trained with Max for over a year and with his help I am the strongest I have ever been. His teachings of proper movement and technique have been vital to my success and I would recommend him to anyone. He genuinely cares about his clients and getting the results you are after and he is very professional.
In my time training with Max I have been able to fix many of the physical issues with my body as well as building plenty of strength, including reaching 200kg squats. Max has a great understanding of how the body works and I would recommend him to anybody looking to build strength, improve their fitness or fix any problems they may have with their body.

If I had not met Max 5 years ago, I wouldn't be as fit and healthy as I am today in both body and mind. Max's knowledge of how to combine mental wellbeing with body strength and endurance is above and beyond any trainer I have ever met. Combine that with someone who takes pride in his work, always learning and applying new techniques, an experienced trainer and a genuine caring attitude to boot.
Max is by far the best and most knowledgeable PT and Strength Coach I have ever met. On top of that he is an awesome Bio-mechanic who can help anyone with existing long term injuries like myself get back to training, find a path out of pain or both. I had stopped training completely due to constant long term pain in my back. I now know this was due to incorrect bio-mechanics, using the wrong muscles to do the lifting, whether in everyday life or in the gym. Max was able to correct this unlike many Physios and Chiros I have been to, he can figure out what is going on in your body and give you the path to correct it. I highly recommend Max he will get you the results
