The staff are suffering under the same system job seekers are. Don't be angry at the staff just trying to do their job and making a living as best they can in the current economic climate. Be angry at the people who designed this program, and those companies who unfairly profit from it.

I visit them in the office regarding jobs. One of the staff member asked me about my residence status, I said I’m on graduate visa and I have full working rights. I have finished my graduation last year from Perth. She said we are only here to help Australians. I don’t believe this goes well with the fair work Australia act. She send me back with a list of other employment services and said they might help you. I been to many employment service back in Perth and all of them were very kind and generous in finding jobs.

I get a 'reminder text' about an appointment I know nothing about. Nothing in MyGov about this. I await a call from Max Employment. No call at appointed time. I called two hours after the appointment to be stuck on a looping number that tells me I have 2 minutes to wait before I will be answered. I wait a further 8 minutes before hanging up. Absolute rubbish. These appointments are supposed to be met so that I get paid! If I don't get called and I can't get through, my payment gets suspended. It's not good enough.

Fabulous staff, they where completely understanding about my situation, and where more then happy to assist me in getting back to my family without trepidation. Being in a bad situation they made me a new person with their support and commitment to helping others. Once I returned to the USA the staff where happy to send me on my way with thanks and kind wishes.

I attended appointments here for 8 months, i spent 5 appointments editing my resume, I've been living off a pension for the past 6 years so that extra assistance to get permanent work would have been beneficial, but the people at this business seem to want to get paid for doing nothing, have no idea why they are working there and offering services to disabled people to get into the workplace again if they can't even save a resume. do not recommend, when centrelink asks you what job provider you want to go to, ignore the positive comments here, if you are mentally ill they will screw you around and not even save your resume. i have to move back to the mainland and forsake a family member in prison now because i simply am out of money and max employmeent failed to get me a job or even to save my resume.

Excellent business practices. This American companys entire focus is money. The government pays them for every job they place someone in. Therefore, they prioritize those customers who are likely to find a job easily. The kind of person who finds a job easily, quite obviously does not need their help, making their entire operation, around about, the most pointless waste of time i can imagine. They stole from an orphan fund once, in the U.S. i see.
