I recently had an interview for a job that required me to give a 30 minute speech about myself, followed by a 30 minute interview. Not having been interviewed for a job in over a decade, I decided to see an interview coach. Max Coaching paired me with Alicia and she was AMAZING. She had me completely re-write my first draft of the speech, giving me pointers on how it should be structured and how it should flow. Apart from the speech, all of the advice she gave me on the interview itself was also spot on, and it played out exactly how she said it would.
