We enjoyed the Maui experience on a road trip of South East South Australia and South West Victoria over new year 2021. What a fabulous experience it was ! Right from the smooth check in at Maui Melbourne, the incredible comfort, facilities and technology of the Mercedes Sprinter van - a very enjoyable experience all round. The manager who checked us in at Melbourne was also incredibly kind and efficient in transitioning our check in process. A fantastic experience - we cannot wait to do it again and are now Maui customers for life ! Highly recommended.

I would say a " Great experience" with Maui, everything was super easy, good quality vehicle and everything worked, very comfortable specially the drivers seat. someone driving for 5 hrs didnt feel it as we have and got off and set up camp too. From Air conditioning - linen- applicances everything is great , thank you Maui - Melbourne.

Overall the rental process was really easy and straightforward. The vehicle was clean and fairly new. However, I paid for the "Inclusive Package" which included chairs and table, had I known that the table would not had fit the storage space, I would have simply brought my own smaller table. On top of that, not only did the chairs take up all the storage space in the boot, they were mostly broken, torn and dirty (feels like it's never been cleaned for years). Very disappointed that we did not have any chairs to use with the table that we had to lug around in the cabin.

We were really excited to hire our Maui Campervan! We actually hired 3 as we had 3 families all going together. Unfortunately we had a few issues, we’re still awaiting a phone call back to discuss these. The problems we had were : - very stinky and dirty bed linen, one person suffered terrible bed bug bites. We had to strip and wash all bed linen. Was very uncomfortable sleeping in dirty sheets. - dirty cutlery in one van - coffee stains on the table I’m another - leaking aircon in one - broken bed and slats in another making setting up the middle bed very hard and tedious - tap and hose connections missing in another. Had all the bed linen not stunk and felt dirty, and had the bed not been broken we could overlook the rest. But all these issues together were not great, especially as we expected newish vans and with covid expected cleanliness at its best. Vans are good maybe for a couple or with one or two max older kids. We struggled with younger kids and not having a car. Probably wouldn’t ever hire again, was an experience but not quite the holiday we had in mind. Next time we would drive our own car and hire cabins! Would have been much cheaper and far more comfortable

We had a very nice journey trough Australia. Our Motorhome was brandnew and in best condition. The service in Melbourne and Sydney was very good too. I can recommend Maui!

Wonderful experience of camping with family for 2 weeks from Melbourne to Uluru and back. Maui, not so good. 1: lady that handed over the van made zero efforts in explaining things. Every time I questioned she asked me to watch video on the app. 2: the water hose was missing attachments required to attach with the taps at the caravan parks. I had to borrow from someone to fill the water. 3: there was no water in the windscreen washers. 4: one of the drawer kept on opening on every slight turn. Cabinetry overall is of a very cheap quality 5: one of the boards used to assemble bed at the back actually cracked while my 70 year old (only about 60 kgs) mum was sleeping on it. She hurt her back due to that. When I informed this while handing back the van, there showed no remorse, no apology or a concern what soever. Campervan again: definitely, Maui again: never.

Hai this Raj I hire a motorhome. Motorhome is very good but only the problem is when I’m picking up the motorhome there is one person I think his name is “Schultz”. He is showing attitude and the way behave and the way showing the motorhome is completely wrong this not a proper way to talk with customers. cultural diversity. Im not recommend to hire a motorhome with this company. Mainly “Schulz” behaviour is very very rudely with customers. Apart from that motorhome is very good and good trip.
