Disgusting delivery drivers! Absolutely appauling behavior, standover men. Uses intimidation tactics then is surprised when the customer actually wants him to follow through. He is an obnoxious over barring arrogant "just the delivery man". Didn't use any protective plastic on mattress so it was damp and stained and then claimed zero responsibility for it, blamed the peraon at the house. Refused to install mattress for elderly couple, left it in their lounge room.
