Absolutely fantastic customer service online and in store! Prompt replies via email and social media platforms. Very friendly staff members who go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied from the moment you walk into the store/place an order online. The Charlestown store has a friendly, family atmosphere where you can comfortably chat to the staff in a positive friendly manner. Went to the store on Monday the 30th of December 2019. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. I patiently waited by the items I wished to look at. I received no greeting or ‘won’t be a moment’, I waited for 10minutes before leaving the store. This was in stark contrast to the other jewellers I had visited in the centre that day. If you want poor customer service and a waste of time, definitely visit here.
