Great service. At all times I was kept informed about when the installation would be happening. Adam, our installer, was highly competent and listened patiently to our queries. I appreciated his flexible approach. The blinds look great!

I am very happy with my new awning. It looks stunning and it's easy to operate. It was delivered on time, even though it's the busy Christmas season, and the gentlemen that installed it were polite, efficient, and left the area spotless.
Sales process is disconnected from the delivered goods and service. Shop front pre sales staff was friendly and helpful. However later there was overpriced and ambiguous pricing, with up-front commitments to schedule they clearly never planned to commit to. Plenty of excuses and blaming others by staff when we complained. Don't trust a word the owner says. Installation and measurement is disconnected too. The installer almost installed the blind in completely the wrong place. Lucky I was present at the time! Positives: Installation was efficient and blinds are working well so far.
As I was in a hurry to have blinds installed, Master Quality Shades acted quickly both with a quote and with supply and installation and I received the blinds ahead of promised date. From reports, the blinds look great, but I haven't seen them yet!
We went to the Northbridge showroom and we scheduled the measurement for our apartment. There was no exact price list on the invoice and the guy gave us a rough figure which was overpriced. As we’re going to move apartment in two weeks, we asked if they could make it on time for this prioritised case. They promised that they would make it. However, after we paid 50% of the installation fees, everything changed. One of the customer service ladies told us that the guy who was going to install blinds for us was in Germany on holiday and he wouldn’t be back in 3 weeks. Very disappointed. The installer came to our apartment and complained our dog. He claimed that he had allergies to dogs. Be careful guys.

Awful service! pretty expensive ! got the wrong blind delivered and the installer ( skinny with a long beard )was extremely rude and made holes for the wrong blind and when we told him he had put the holes for the wrong blind he started being rude to us ! blaming the boss and the person who measured etc... he left us with the support for the wrong blind ! We had to ring and were poorly acknowledged ! NO FOLLOW UP ! they gave us a paper temporary blind which lasted 1 day ! had to wait another 3 weeks to get the blind ! same WE had to call them and follow up! Finally it has been installed BUT the covers on the sides of the supports are missing ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More expensive and service rude and awful ! The owner when he came to sell his blinds, was bragging having expensive French Champagnes in his cellar ! with all our problems he never had the decency to call us or to follow up! DO NOT use at all ! Still waiting for the missing covers! also what we were told it would look like was not at all what was installed ! in short TOO EXPENSIVE AND SERVICE TERRIBLE !
Absolutely horrible service, they had no record of my measurements for installation. Carolina was extremely rude to my wife. We told her we were in a hurry and she instead took a phone call. When we needed to rush out she told us that we looked agitated and that we should leave... Avoid at all costs - will never use them
