Customer service is A grade. Well done to Matthew who gets it done Very few companies are this dependable.
to put it simply: they're a scam! accept an order from them once, and not only will you be given ridiculously overpriced ink toners in return, but you'll also be bombarded with calls claiming that you have several other toners on back order. (read: you probably don't.) but hey, throwing in a gift will get you to go through with it, right? (read: you probably don't need it.) they might "struggle" to recall previous conversations, but will always remember what printer you use and ask that you confirm this for them. 'no' is a concept they don't understand; whether this applies to orders, future calls, et cetera. and, for the life of me, why do they say "contact us if you have any questions" yet don't reply? are emails frequently left unattended? i haven't received a reply from almost two years ago, and i'm guessing my latest one will be the exact same.
I have used this company for my toners for a while now and find the service to be excellent. Ray is my contact there and he goes above and beyond expectation to look after my requirements, and any issues or problems are sorted out promptly. They also have fantastic promotions from time to time.
really good product quality, the customer services are very helpful and friendly, always get my parcel on time, what else should I expect? 5 stars no doubt.
This guy Ron calls - say's he hasn't called recently - even though quite clearly he called the week before (don't forget some voices), he doesn't remember our conversations other than what printer we have - uses the exact same sales spiel with just a slightly different beginning. eg. sale on atm, warehouse stock too high, good prices atm, and then the speech after that rambles on, "money back guarantee", "life time shelf life", etc., until he assumes your silence means you've bought the product and asks if they can send it out today or tomorrow. If you say no they say "how about we give you... let me work it out, a 90 day payment terms, that's what I'll do for you today...." and I'm like noooooo just noooo. Firstly you just assumed I even needed the cartridges. I don't. Ring back when you have a new sales spiel and try again then! cheers.
