I went to Master Framing and Robert quoted me for a custom mirror. I specifically asked is the install was included as I thought that was odd that it was and he said yes this is the total price (as per the attached photo). The price was reasonable do I agreed. Notably he didn't even write down how much the install would cost. The installer arrived and did a great job but he was expecting payment so we called Robert and instead of saying sorry there must of been a miscommunication he was incredibly rude told me it was my fault and hung up. Terrible customer service and will never recommend or use them again.

Very happy with the frame definitely coming back!
They did a great job framing my boyfriend's drumsticks, they were fast and effiecent. I'm very happy with it.
