Positives - good range of brands and product lines in stock. Prices are competitive. Negatives - dubious sales practices including the crossed-out "original" prices the products have never actually been sold at. For such a large shop, there is a distinct shortage of staff. Salespeople can border on pushy. Limited car parking near store. Tip 1 - if you're waiting at the counter and no one comes to server you, just phone them, press ”1” for sales and they'll rush to the counter to answer the phone. Hang up and get served. Tip 2 - Before you buy, Google the product and you might find it substantially cheaper elsewhere (with free delivery), even after the bollocks original price is replaced with their asking price.

They had a wide range of goods which included the particular bag I wanted and couldn’t find elsewhere. The pricing was competitive and the bag arrived in a super quick time considering I had ordered it in the lead up to Christmas (for a birthday gift). My item was packed really well and service was friendly. I would recommend them.
Purchased suitcase that was on special and was delivered within a week from Sydney. Very helpful when they realised that the case advised was no longer available, but supplied same case in new colour without any trouble. Thank you for having such great customer service.

I have been shopping at Sydney Luggage Centre for 30 years and Fiona and her team have been nothing but outstanding. They offer a personalised service and their prices are the best. Their prices are more competitive than other stores and have always been. Now that they offer Afterpay, I’ll be buying bags without the need to worry about credit card and interest payments.
Extremely disappointed. The staffs in the store is very unprofessional and rude. Unless you are buying something, they will be trailing you like car dealers! I was redirected by Antler Official Store vouched by their good customer service as an authorised repairer. I have a broken lock which requires repair. It was damaged by an airline (which allows reimbursement). The reimbursement procedure with the airline requires me to produce a repair quote and approved prior repair. At the store, they inspected and return me with a repair cost of 59 in total. I requested whether this can be written in any manner so I can forward it to the airline. Sydney Luggage Centre refused. The store was unwilling to provide me a repair quote. Verbally stating that it will invoice me 49 for a quote by itself (yes, 49 for a piece of paper). They told me that they do not care about how my airline works, refused to communicate or give details about the store. The staff refused to provide me their full name and ABN so I can allow follow up conversation. So essentially, they are forcing me to pay 59 upfront or leave the store - not trying to be helpful in any manner. I have no clue how this store became an official Antler representative given the appalling rating. If you are to buy a luggage, stay away from it. It is very sad Antler have choose such store to represent its brand.

Staff here are rude and prices inflated. Zoe in repairs was very rude when I asked her about my repairs. It is so true what other people reviewing this establishment have said. I will try to avoid this place at all costs and use David Jones or Myer. You've lost my business.
