I thought the Sydney Lounge was fantastic. It's quiet, there's free drinks and snacks, free WI-FI, heaps of seating options, nice polite staff and views of the apron and it isn't crowded like some other lounges - it actually felt really exclusive - and the Rex gate is literally 5 metres away. Love it!

Like other reviews have mentioned, this lounge isn’t quite worth a visit. If you have priority pass, I highly recommend you go to Movida instead.
If you are expecting a lounge with Qantas or Virgin standards, this is definitively not for you. However, if you need to have a quite time, away from the noisy gates, than this can do the trick. Food is limited, apart from snacks and a few fruits, there isn't much around. The closest you will get from "real food" here will be some instant noodles. There is quite a variety of drinks, and for alcohol you will mostly find beers. Its "OK", it did the job for me as I was here to do some work before my flight but don't expect much.
Staff members lied about early close of the lounge as the last flight of the day has departured.
Couldn’t get access using Priority Pass. Swipe didn’t work. Manual entries were giving “access denied” and “you have to contact your bank” as told by a very busy lady who was constantly distracted by other calls and Rex issues. Went to MoVida cafe - Priority Pass worked perfect.
Recommended place before your next flight. Good services.
Rude customer service. The two old ladies at the reception ignore your presence. Just walk away
Possibly one of the worst lounges ever. Unpleasant, unhelpful and unprofessional service. Very ordinary food selection, only cold sandwiches. No bottled water. Very tired looking lounges and chairs. All Lounge Key, Priority Pass and Diners Club members get kicked out at 7pm while REX members can stay till 9pm. An attrocious approach to customer service.
