Very Late for inspection, waited half an hour for them not to turn up, when I rang a second agent they were Terribly rude on the phone, then the main agent tried to tell me she's been there waiting for us in the apartment even thought I'd been waiting with others at the front door since well before the inspection time. Won't be renting through them if there like this for inspections.

unprofessional! Scheduled a viewing for this morning. When we arrived the agent was nowhere to found. After calling the realestate company I was told the apartment had been rented and the viewing was canceled. No notice from the company at all, what a waste of time.

Pleasant office environment. Conveniently located near station with lots of parking close by. Friendly happy staff provide timely efficient service. Nothing is too difficult always ready to help. Completeness of service, nothing is missed, reminder, landlord insurance, fire safety checks.
