I have been using Mascot parking for a few years now for 1 day - 1 week parking. These guys have extremely good and reliable customer service where it counts and my car always, ready for pickup. One time, came back on last flight , arrived at Mascot in pouring rain. Shuttle picked me up quickly , my car was waiting for me , someone holding an umbrella, ready to transfer my case etc. Now THAT is service delivery at its best. You can walk from Mascot to domestic airport, rather than taking shuttle if not there.

It's good for what it's for, which is just parking. Shuttle service is pretty much on time. 2nd time I've used them. Not the cheapest but closest to the airport esp. domestic. They could definitely improve on customer service and there is no need for the rough and tough attitude. A simple courtesy will go a long way. The older gentleman who drove us to the airport was very courteous though unlike the receptionist and the young bloke who picked us up. Regardless, their price is lower compared to the others in Mascot area. There are cheaper ones but they're a bit further from the airport.
I've parked here many times and they are awesome! Can't fault any part of the service or price. I recommend them to everyone.
Should be zero star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Myself work in retail business. First week I was charge 94 from my credit card over the phone. Second week he wanted to charge 97. I asked him why you're charging me more this week. He couldn't give reasonable answer. I even told him I can show on my phone that you've charge that amount. The guy who works there I think the owner is really rude and arrogant. Anyway he told me he can do 94 for cash. Then as I was giving cash I told him that if any person that rips people is you and worst customer service. Then he refuse to take the money and ask me to leave. I told him to take the money and told him my flight was in 1:30 mins time. He didn't want to take it and said sorry. Yeah you wanted to give me hard time. Well Guess what I google search it and found "Airport Express Car Parking" not far from you. Arrived in Airport on time had the best holiday experience I ever had. I laugh all the way to the Airport cause the driver was so funny and such a nice bloke. Hope you're reading this cause it would really give me pleasure like you felt on the day what you did to me. We prepaid for Christmas time. We arrived (26th) and told that they would be closed from 02 Jan 2018 to 15 Jan 2018. No prior warning was given - only when we arrived on the day. We were told that a refund would be forthcoming. Nothing arrived and the phone has been disconnected. This is extremely poor. We are out of pocket. I think we will need to speak to Consumer Affairs.
I have parked there over a dozen time and never had any problems. They are a bit rushed over the phone,as they would be if you saw their operation... Drop off's and pick up never been an issue... A few people may have had issues but that is with everything...... The price is very reasonable..
My car was written off in the care of these people. Using their service has cost me thousands. On Friday, 2nd May, 2015 I left my car in the care of Mascot Valet Parking for a period of 30 hours while I flew to Queensland and back to scatter a friend’s ashes. When I arrived back at the valet parking late on Saturday night they told me my car was not driveable because a tree had fallen on it and they were right. They had left my car parked in a neighbouring lot under a tree during the Sydney storms. Max the owner gave me a card, a copy of the details of his insurance broker, called me a cab and told me to keep the receipt because his insurance would cover everything. Mascot Valet and their insurance covered nothing. I paid for my parking, my 75.00 cab fare home, my excess and as my car held a lot more worth to me than the insurance company, I then had to spend additional thousands of dollars replacing the car. I was without a vehicle for a month while we did battle with insurance companies and looked for a new car. Previously, my husband and I recommended their services to anyone we knew heading out to the airport. Max described us as good customers. We will not be using their services again.
Waited 60 minutes at international airport for pickup tonight. It wasn't peak hour. Would not give pick up time.....just strung us out.You lost a long term customer tonight.
