Just moved in a brand new apartment two months ago but the KONE lift has been breakdown 7 times in the last 4 weeks. Not sure what their technician have been doing but this recurring problem is ridiculous...It's a hot day in Sydney today but the lift is not working again, hopeless and frustrating!

I was stuck in lift for more than 30 mins with no mobile reception and customer care was suggesting me there's air flow inside at the back but sorry to say it's highly suffocating. After coming out, I was expecting a call from customer care but no nothing.

I don’t know about elevator but they crashed my car that I used every day to do Uber and doesn’t help me with anything. Their insurance is fixing my car but until be ready I can not work. Call the manager in Darwin he said to solve with their insurance but the insurance doesn’t want to help even with a rental car. My car was in my garage and now I don’t have car and job. Tried to call them left a message but no one call me back.

Our lift has been out of service for 3 weeks; it is because of the storm that probably affected some other lifts. But what we should consider is "lift is an essential part of tall buildings; It maybe alright if it doesn't work for 1 or 2 days, but 3 weeks is frustrating specially for those who have got kids or some kind of disability or for those who want to move place" KONE may be an acceptable company in ordinary situation, but it is obvious that they can not manage crisis like this one.

Avoid getting this company to service or maintain your lifts if possible. Our apartment has a 5 years contract which means we’ll still be stuck with them with another few years. 3 months to repair our lift after flooding and the invoice was like 30000 for an hour work. They do this because they can.

Absolutely horrible customer service or probably I should say no service at all to be more exact. Lift has been out of order for more than 2 months and those KONE people can't be trusted. Everybody is suffering in the complex, not just the elders and toddlers, but also the building staff who has to take the recycle bins from top floor to the ground. To those who's still hesitating to choose: stay away from KONE and you'll be blessed.
