"You get what you pay for". Make sure you do your research before you book here, as the do rent older vehicles (that's why they're cheap). I arrived at the airport at around 10:30, called for a pick up and only had to wait 10 minutes. At the very basic (but functional) office, the staff were busy but friendly and by the time I filled out my paperwork, the van was ready. Make sure you check everything is working when you pick up the vehicle. The ventilation fan in the driving compartment was not working on the first vehicle I was presented. I told the staff who were very apologetic and replaced the vehicle. No major issues with the replacement, just some broken straps. I rented a Condo. It was an underpowered 2003 van, but everything important worked. The brakes were good, the engine started with no hesitation and the tyres appeared new. There were some scrapes and dents but it drove well. It wouldn't go fast up hills, but it made it everywhere I wanted to go (including through the Blue Mountains) without incident. The van appeared to have been well cleaned, but the mattress (and possibly the pillow) had engrained dust that gave me allergies. All in all, a good rental experience, good value for money, just remember they rent OLDER vehicles.

Absolutely horrible service. Very unprofessional people and don’t know how to run business. I am surprised that why don’t they improve service after so many bad review of waiting time and some other issues. Rather I will pay little more and go to professional company. I have missed the meeting because of these people. Reception lady was nice but what to do with your smile after long waiting and facing problems.

We were booked technically booked to pick up at 8am, but called ahead to warn we were going to be a bit late. We arrived and paid at 8.49am and our car wasn't ready until 10.00am!!!!!!! Cannot believe how long they made us wait. The business is run so poorly and the place looks like a junkyard. Totally unacceptable. When I complained about the wait at reception, the woman said it was my fault for being late. She was very rude and argumentative. Totally unprofessional. This was at the Botany Location. WILL NEVER HIRE FROM HERE AGAIN.

Terrible. The girl that served me was friendly, but the overall experience was terrible. Messy presentation, unfriendly manager, shocking vehicle quality. If I hadn't already paid my deposit, I would have been out of there and looking for an alternative campervan option.

Avoid. Despite pre-booking queued for half an hour in the hot sun with a lot of other people while one staff member shuffled back and forth 'finding' cars, passing the paperwork to reception, then doing the inspection etc etc. Also they CHARGE your credit card 3000 for the excess cover. This then takes 7-10 days to be refunded back to you assuming you don't have an accident. Tough luck if that blows your card limit in the meantime. Will not use again.

I had a great experience with JUCY Sydney, Pickup was good, I waited a little while but you can see the staff are under the pump and doing their best so have a little patience! The lady behind the counter is brilliant! I was sad I dropped the van off late and didn't get to see her again!! The JUCY Coaster is amazing! I have some feedback for the owners if they wish to contact me, I am more than happy to share it. ALL IN ALL - go in prepared with some cleaning wipes and patience, and you will have a great time! :) P.S. turn off the LDA and YAW settings in the little window behind the steering wheel to stop it correcting your steering, mildly terrifying on windy roads!

What JUCY promotes on social media is not as good as what it is in real life. JUCY cars from other travelers and ours, were falling apart and in a very bad condition internally as well as externally. Inside the JUCY crib I had all kinds of insects alive and dead, all the interior was filthy and the very worst part of it all was the mould smell inside the car which later I realised it was due to severe leaking which had all the foam almost rotten. On my first night sleeping in it the JUCY Crib I knew that renting with JUCY was a very unfortunate experience and never expected such as deceiving sales practices from a company that seems to be fairly good on adds and social media in general. The money I paid compared to what I received was a rip off and would not recommend to any family or friends.
