You can choose your own ingredients and be mindful of the weight of your selections. At the counter, the weight determines how much you will pay. Since you can only estimate how your choices would weigh. Your meal might go up to 35, or more. And one more comment. I saw the cashier who's taking the bowl of uncooked ingredients, took one customer food bowl and then the bowl from the next customer and placed it on top of the first bowl, were the bottom of the bowl touches the ingredients. Its too unhygienic. When it is my turn, I made it sure that my bowl will go straight to the cook. Please, watched your bowl like an eagle.
Loved it. Would recommend not adding noodles though. Eyes are definitely bigger than your stomach in places like this. Would save lots on your meal too.
Been here a few times, by far the biggest selection of ingredients in a Ma La Tang that I've had. Seating was ample and the later closing times is very convenient for a late night meal. The outside seating is my favourite. :)

Fantastic place for pick your own ingredients soup place. Very clean, professional services, and most importantly have lots and lots of fresh ingredients to choose. Offers 3 or 4 kinds of different soups base to choose.
