I imported four cars from Japan over the last two months and unfortunately used DSAU as Nick has excellent feedback (works for the NZ team ive since found out). There was a delay of some sort on each vehicle with an excuse for each one. Courtney (who was rude from the get go and has lied throughout the entire process only to handball it off once found out) made up excuses which turned out to be lies and then straight up ignored any form of contact from myself when questioned. When it was transferred from DSAU to the trucking service I waited another 2 weeks with more lies and excuses made only to find out it sat at the trucking holding yard for over a week whilst more cars were found to deliver to my area. DSAU made no effort to contact the trucking company in this time when I asked. Once I got their number they were happy to deliver it next day. One car being delivered by DSAU has sat with them for three weeks now. They Lied bout it needing to be recleaned when it appears some paperwork was missed so its back to the start of the queue. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking to import a vehicle from Japan.

I highly recommend using Dolphin to transport vehicles. I dealt with Anthony Brown and Nick Scott who were both fantastic. We had a few hurdles as I’d moved countries suddenly because of the outbreak and I didn’t have my vehicles paperwork with me, but these guys got it sorted. I can’t thank them enough.
