Great product and best price to supply and install in Canberra. The team (there were many of them) were very professional, a pleasure to deal with from quote through to install, commissioning, servicing and technical support. They provided great advice with the planning and went out of their way to fix a few problems that were not their fault. I am putting this review up as I am so happy with Direct Stair Lifts service I had recently from their service man Eric who was so helpful and pleasant and of course this company was able to help us out by their design to go up our awkward stair case. My husband and I are so thrilled to have had Direct Stair Lifts help with getting up our stairs without having to move house. What more can we ask for. Thankyou so much.

We had a great Lift installed last year. Smooth transaction since day 1. A bit of delay since the unit is from Italy. Enjoying the Linea lift at home, made my dad happy and able to access 2nd level quicker n hassle free.
