I had a great experience with their car rental reps. I rented am SUV and it was a brand new car, to the letter. Had it for a week and it was great. Getting and returning the car couldn't be any faster. Would definitely rent again from them if needed.

Don't usually wite review but had to after what happened. Rented a truck for a day. When picking up, it was pleasant as usual (serve by Peter ) as this is not my fist time renting from them. But upon return, I was accused of damaging the vehicle by a staff name Michael. Worst attitude ever!! I then showed him the photo I took at the time of pick up as proof ( I do that with all my rental and would highly recommend everyone to do so), and you know what, he then accuse me of making the photo up!! (anyone would know the photo are time stamped apparently not Michael). Had to ask for the manager Chantel to get involved, she was nice enough to apologise for how I was treated. Will keep an eye out on my credit card bill for the next few days.......

Worst costumer services , ever i was charged twice 196.44 aud after dropped off a car , they even know about , they make everything so complicated to refund the money , today 11 /06/2020 i am still dealing with them i prepaid for car , 188 aud , and then when i picked the car the put on hold 196.44 which is fine , however I dropped the car on 9/06/2020 and the 196.44 was released the same day ,all good sound good right? Today i got charged again 196.44 aud on my card i ve contacted them the asked me ridiculous questions do i stil got the car with me ? What i joke i got already the invoice the u sent me.i feel very disappointed about how they used my credit card , i had to block my credit card and request a new one.
Picked up a car 6 days ago so far very good experience ....just 2 minutes paperwork and keys is in your hand...gentleman showed me pics that car dont really have dents and told me thatthat something happens to car I am fully insured without 0 excess by NRMA...will post drop off experience soon.
Got a quote online that could not be honoured. Tried live chat and calling both were useless. Waste of time.
