Went to the store on the 27th and 28th of Jan, served by Simon on both of those days. Both days he was very rude and had no respect for any customers. He had an attitude problem every time I had asked question.

I have been ringing Sydney office numbers for two days to follow up a request for keys that was sent a week ago. I have tried number on the company website as well as locksmith number given by apartment building manager. I ended up calling head office number and ask them to transfer to Sydney office on the second day. Pretty efficient way of doing business!
