Bring back Kev, used to be a good shop when he was in charge. Now its impossible to contact new owner and does not seem the least bit interested in customer service. Service guys allegedly visiting property without letting me the owner(who was home) know they were here.
They have been looking after my pool for years. Great people to deal with. Great service .
after 5 phone calls and waiting 3 months for a valve i asked them should i go somewhere else and they said yes go somewhere else instead of trying to rebuild my confidence in the business they have just thrown 4 years of my business down the drain! the only positive is they were always polite letting me down but the new owners need to learn that this is not the way to run a business.
Super friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Love it's so close! Revised (14.02.2020). To be very, very clear. The original post was related to the previous owners. The current owners in my opinion have not met the same standard. •\tThe advice provided conflicts with the original owners advice as well as other service providers. •\tIn the desire to not converse with the current owners, I opted for a monthly home service. The first treatment was terrible! My pool was treated as a Salt Pool when it’s a mineral, the pool was left in a disgusting state with a thick layer of chlorine across the pool floor – not mixed in; (The pool was crystal clear beforehand) •\tResidual salt and chlorine was left all over the tiles requiring a lot of time hosing and cleaning the area; and •\tThe glass pool fence left with white finger prints all over the it. Seriously, there was more finger prints then a crime scene! I’ve since emailed the owners (on the enquires account) with my complaint to which I received a replay, “Thanks Andrew. Will follow up tomorrow. Fergus”. I opted to end the relationship outlining my reasons and asked for the service to stop. Not receiving a reply I assumed the service was cancelled. However, 4-weeks later and they’ve come out again. I’ve since engaged Jim’s Pool Adamstown who not only is 31% cheaper but a damn Subject Matter Expert as well. This is only my experience and might not be the same as others.
I have never had better service at any pool shop than I get at Kev's. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are only too happy to help with any problem, big or small. Love that they are now at Edgeworth too (can get coffee while I'm there!). I would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work guys!
Highly recommend these guys. Prompt and friendly service and reasonably priced. They are always happy to help with any pool troubleshooting. Edgeworth shop conveniently has coffee shop with delightful staff and delicious coffee.
