Thursday 2pm. Shame the young lady so uninterested on helping finding me finding my son shoe size. She brush us off. Poor customer service. I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment. I was prepared to pay bit more to support local business. This employee make it very hard to do so.

The staff were exceptional and very kind helpful and patient with me. Never ended with a purchase. Lots of feet problems and the assistant was very understanding. There were seats to sit on and that made it easier for me. Will definately go back when they get their new stock.

Despite problems getting hold of my desired type of Dr Martens - delays from suppliers and general high demand - they pulled it through and did their best. I was met with understanding and concerns for my situation, it was worth the wait. Good service!

Terrible customers service! Asked for a pair of boots to be ordered. Was told 3-5 days. I said it would be about 2 weeks before I could get in. Fine, they'll be waiting. Drove 30km, no boots. No explanation, apart from 'they weren't ordered'. Business manager not available to explain. Girl was VERY snippy. Very bad attitude. Worst customer service I have had for a VERY long time. Wish I could give 0 stars.
