No return I had purchased a pair of motocross boots from here, got home and found that they were not as flexible or comfortable on my bike and I did not feel safe riding in them. I attempted to return them 2 days later and was not able to. I was told no refund policy and not even a store credit. I explained I understand they are a small business and didn’t expect a refund but would have quite happily of taken store credit to keep the money in store. That was not an option. If this is their strict policy then they should inform you at the time of purchase. She knew I was unsure about them at the time but felt pushed to take them and try them anyway. My handwritten receipt does not give you their return policy, nor an accurate description of the goods purchased. I was advised I could only return my 200 pair for the 400 pair which should be more comfortable. I will not purchase anything again from this store

Best customer service I have ever had. We have brought multiple items and every 1 of them is 100% perfect. When I message questions and I message alot, I get a quick response will all info I asked. Extremely helpful. Great products and prices are great. We don't mind waiting to enter the store as we like the fact that there still being coronavirus safe. Thanks heaps guys.

Extremely rude. Open for 2hour's, price's are higher than inskip . Will never return. Absolutely no customer service. Safe your time and shop else where

Walked in the shop told the lady "I wanted to buy a motor bike for my 8yo daughter". She walk straight to one of many display bike's n it was perfect for my daughter, she new her stuff and it was cheaper than I thought

Just opened the Dads Xmas pack from Marshall Motorcycles,,, Totally awesome,, The amount of stuff in here for the money,, Definitely worth it ,, Hopefully I get some of it and my son doesn’t take it all I also got a Girls pack the other day for my daughter There is so much in these packs It’s got me looking to buy another one
