Morena Dancewear - AVOID AT ALL COST Below is my story of waiting and getting the wrong shoes. But basically this company treats their customers poorly and makes very little to no effort in correcting mistakes they make. Their shoes are of cheap, poor quality make and I doubt they would last long on the dance floor. Simply put everything from customer service to product quality was atrocious. I ordered a lovely pair of tan shoes that were on back order, they gave me an initial estimate of 3 to 5 weeks. By week 5 when I had not heard anything i called and after a difficult conversation with the representative they informed me it will be two more weeks. The shoes still did not arrive so I was required to call again, this time i was told they would be in the following week. By the time the shoes finally arrived it was more than 10 weeks since my original order. But, they had sent the WRONG shoes. the incompetence, and then when i called about it they told me i had changed my order (WHICH I HAD NOT). the alternative they offered me was to send the shoes back at which they would reimburse me my costs and send the correct shoes (which were still on back order). If i wanted the correct pair it was going to take an additional month (based on their estimate).

Morena made my experience so enjoyable and was so helpful when choosing my custom bridal shoes. The dance shoes are so comfortable and look even better than I imagined. I highly recommend Morena Shoes to any bride!
Such great variety of Latin dance shoes! I tried so many pairs, and ended up buying four pairs as I could not resist. Very patient and helpful staff.
Second time that there have been "shipping issues" with my order. The first time I waited over two months and this time I decided to cancel my order once my shoes hadn't arrived by the second delivery date they gave me! I understand that there are unexpected shipping issues that come up but this is why you shouldn't tell your customers their shoes will arrive on a certain date if you know there are always unexpected shipping delays. Honesty is always the best policy! Also I found the first pair of shoes I got from here were poor quality.

Thank you for helping to fit my huge feet! The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Wide range of styles and sizes. I wear a women's 11W, which no dance shoe manufacturer makes, so I was amazed when they helped me to find a lovely shoe that is comfortable and stylish. A great experience and I'd shop there again in a heartbeat.
