I shop at aldi every fortnight and until today have always been happy just checked my docket (should have done it at the shop) and have been charged for peaches which I never got chose nectarines because they were cheaper also was charged for aloe Vera tissues which I never got. I got the cheaper ones. Have never been overcharged before obviously will now need to check every item before leaving the shop

Absolutely appalling customer service from the store from one manager in particularly he shakes his head grunts and groans when you ask simple questions do you know when the defrosted Frozen bread was baked. He replied no I don't know but would you like me to find out I said yes please he shook his head grunted and groaned and walked off I told them if it was too much trouble I was happy to leave the store he said see you later and wave goodbye. I left my trolley went to Coles where I was treated as a valuable customer he needs to remember without customers he has no job
Store is clean and well stocked. Not as busy as the stores in Browns Plains and Logan which makes for a quick exit at the checkout.

Have been to this store plenty of times without issue until today (12 Jan 2021 2:39PM) when a male cashier added 5 KP mangoes - which I didn't even have - to my already large purchase for seemingly no reason. This is unacceptable and it is even worse that these stores don't even have a contact number.
