If all online experiences were like this it would make things a lot easier! Tom, Sally and Alanna have been incredible patient with us through our (very long) process of figuring out what exactly we wanted. They provided excellent advice over and over again. When Tom came around to install the pieces he was very polite and professional and even bought his own vacuum to clean up after himself. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier.

My partner and I used Timbermill to hire furniture for our engagement party. Unfortunately, our hired furniture was for an outdoor picnic but the weather decided to storm. We tested our luck and contacted Tanya (2 hours prior to the furniture needing to be delivered) and without any hesitation she offered alternative furniture which arrived perfectly on time. Timbermill was founded in 2013 by Tom Coles & Sally Taylor. Tom, after finishing a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Technology in Sydney went into a project management role within the construction industry. However, when word started spreading about his hobby creating furniture on the side it didn’t take long for him to jump ship to the entrepreneurial world.
