This is my third juice cleanse and my first using a business like Sol Cleanse, rather than doing it myself. It has made it far easier!! The juices taste way better than what I was making myself. The juices have been crafted and ordered in a way that truly suppresses my appetite making it easier. The little gifts packs they provide have also been a nice touch I wasn't doing when I was trying to do it myself. Do yourself a favour by having Sol Cleanse do the hard work for you during your cleanse! Focus on your rituals, habits & meditations, NOT making juices :) Highly recommend
So glad I chose to do my first cleanse with these guys... the juices & dahl were so tasty & despite a headache on day 1, not once was I hungry. The daily emails & informative guides left no questions unanswered. Will definitely continue cleansing with Sol Cleanse.
Such an awesome experience, from the first point of contact, the booking, the delivery and how well organised the packages were, to then the organisation of when to have the juice/ heavier meals.. The flavours, the tastes and the overall goodness - I felt 100% energised. Ironically I had two coffees over the entire 5days, as my work schedule doubled. I felt more energised, cleaner and full of life. I look forward to doing it again soon
Ive had the level 1 and level 3 juice cleanses from here. So delicious. I lost 2-3 kilos on both occasions and felt so fresh after. Level 1 is way better for me i think. big fan of the dahl.
