Stay away. This place is terrible. One star is too much. Rude and incompetent people ‘working’ there. Daniel Kretschmar TRIED TO HIRE ME TO WORK FOR HIS SISTERS COMPANY AND WHEN I DIDNT LIKE THE SOUND OF IT HE TOLD ME TO TRANSFER OUT AND HE WONT BE ASSISTING ME. BIG WOW. Wonder what other dealings go in there.

They never answer the phone and don’t help you to find employment at all.
This company only exists to suck public money and hastle unemployed people. They offer no tangible service and have the power to cut your payments.
1 star is generous...the staff are dehumanisng, they are rude and do much more harm than good. this company is downright awful.
Truely unbelievable ! They are the rudest ppl there ex for the lady & the new kid. His exact words were "are your hands not working? Can you not text b4 u go into the dr's ? your fingers are fine right?" JUST WOW !!! I called in 3hrs early for a check in due to an injury i just had. My Dr apt was the same time & didnt want to clash or miss it. 1 guy made sure he spoke about his previous job history & loved the sound of his own voice. Then suggested to open a business at the peak of covid when my background is FILM & Bar work - REALLY ? REALLY?? Complained to centrelink & they even tired calling but ofc the line just rings out. i'd rather get covid then have to deal w this office again!
Terrible place stay away.
I was very disappointed with this service. They don't understand the term 'disability' they give you false hope to work. Any complaints call apm head office.
