I think you should fire your receptionist and hire someone who can answer a phone. Several attempts to call this business waiting on hold for over 5 minutes each time only to hear the phone be picked up and put back down. I truly hope the doctors realise that this is costing them money and reputation. Good luck getting a hold of these people.

Reception don’t pick up phone - there was 5 attempts resulting in a hang up during wait. The wait to see a doctor was awful and way over time. The receptionist seem to be quite rude to everyone, the sanitizer was empty at the door.
Wouldn’t let my 4 year old daughter wait in the centre because she had a chesty cough - not a dry cough, no fever, has not been overseas or been to a hotpot or been in contact with anyone with covid - just a chesty cough - sent us to wait in our car for the doctor to call us and then get us to come in after. Waited in our car for over forty five minutes, receptionist with the English accent absolutely no help, kept repeating ‘the doctor will call you, the doctor will call you’ over and over. Doctor has still not called and we’ve gone to another medical centre. Waste of my time
Went in to see any doctor, told to wait 20 minutes until a doctor showed up for work then come back to come back in as they had no appointments available, waited outside (not even offered to take a seat or anything) came back 20 minutes later, told to take a seat doctor will see me when he gets in, after waiting for 40 minutes didn’t get approached by any reception or anything telling me the doctors not showing up. Reception feel very hard to approach and like they don’t want to be there, kind of rude, very bad people skills and 0 empathy. They give off a we need them more than they need us vibe. Doctors I have seen there are great and genuinely try to help with the reason you’re there rather than other places that try to get you out as quick as possible. Reception staff need to be replaced or do a customer service skills course or anything
I've been going here for years but I think it's time to leave. You can wait 10 minutes on hold to talk to someone with attitude who hangs up on you. X-rays that you are told will take a day, takes them a week to process apparently. You can wait well beyond booked appointments. You can wait for hours as a walk in. Have tried to advise to fix their customer journey, but the arrogance of the front desk, along with short staffing, seems to prevent any proper consideration of the customer journey. If the new manager can assert himself and sort out their clunky systems, and sometime bad attitude, hopefully it will improve.
This review is for the skin clinic reception only, the GP side has always been great. Arrived for appointment to find out that it had been cancelled and was not notified in advance. Arrived for rescheduled appointment the next day, was told that I would be charged for it (upon rescheduling the prior day was specifically told it would be free) and they were running 40minutes late. Missed a phone call 40mins prior to the rescheduled appointment, called back and was told that it was a courtesy call to make sure I was still coming today. Was not told about the new cost or the 40min delay.
DO NOT go to this practice for workers compensation they do not know what they are doing. One of my young workers went to get a Certificate of Capacity for an injury they received at work and was refused because he could not pay the 240. They are only interested in the money up front they would have been reimbursed by the insurance company. When questioned about their appalling practices they refused to discuss the matter and said that they had more patients to see.
Dr Patel is fantastic. This is a bulk bill practice. Take a book and don't expect to be seen immediately at the time of appointment.
