Went there and got treated like a child. At 52 years old I was told my purse would not be allowed. I could put it in my car, or leave it at the front desk! Three staff on at an empty store. Totally Adult? No! Treat your clients like theives should be there name.

Really surprised at the whingers on these reviews. The staff have always been friendly and supportive with really good advice. Obviously many of these items are available cheaper online if you are willing to wait and hope you get what you thought you ordered, but sometimes it is worth it to pay a little extra and take home the product you handled in the store. Totally Adult has a great range, but mostly friendly staff.

Pretty disappointed with the service here. Brought over 350 worth of products on my first visit. Was recommended a specific product from a female staff member as I wasn’t sure which one to choose. Was told it had a warranty. Paid 60 for it and it broke within 4 uses. Called up the shop to sort out a replacement and was told nothing could be done even though I was told it had a warranty. Found the same product online for half the price. Such a shame because everyone was kind in there and made me feel comfortable but the quality of the product and the information given was false and misleading !!!!

It is clear from the way this company operates that it is a cash grab. Every product online is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. usually Totally Adult has a 200% or so mark up on the online retailers. Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation here is 190! with a simple google search you can find it for 60 at WildSecrets! Brooke seemed snarky and pushy for any sale possible and the whole interaction was a mess. This is not the first odd interaction I have had here, but I will stick to online from now. Much less of a hastle.

super overpriced, found the sales staff unprofessional, constantly pressured into spending more than I had stated I wanted to spend. Me and my girlfriend came in to experience an adult store for the first time, but the whole experience just made us uncomfortable, especially with the flirtation of the staff. we went to BeDaring afterworlds and had a much better experience. Would not recommend Totally Adult. There is much cheaper and better service online or with other companies.

Purchased something from here on the understanding it would be warranted. Cheaper online, but took the bait with regards to returns. Well, that was complete B.S.. Item broke after first use, tried to return and was told that was not possible. Stick to online, way cheaper and most places can deliver within two days..
