Everything was great. The fish, calamari and the chips. Best feed from a fish shop in a very long time.

Great seafood, nice people. Hard to beat. Prices are pretty reasonable, too, which isn’t always the case. The prawns are a highlight. Most of the cooked food is so-so, but that aligns more to my preference for fresh seafood, not crumbed or fried. Enjoy!
I don’t feel they cater for locals but unsuspecting visitors whom they don’t care if you come back. I order over the phone from an online menu. When we picked up the food it was more expensive that expected so I queried the cost. Apparently the online menu is old and the manager said the prices are on the board. I accepted this as there really isn’t much I can do. However the cost still didn’t add up. Turns out a new lady who was very apologetic accidentally gave us large fish instead of small. I have a 4 and 6 year old. This is where it gets awful. They lady serving me states that I have the larger fish I need to pay for it, even though I didn’t order it. Then she commenced belittling me over the small amount of difference. The extremely out of touch attitude was humiliating and undeserving. As a family we have to watch every cent and this trip away was a first in years. I would never go into a shop and pay more for something I didn’t want, who would?
Blond Lady at the counter has no respect, no customer service skills and over all was rude. She said it would be a 20 minute wait and was told to sit back down and wait as nothing was made, I was going back up to order food and she told me to sit down again. Was told it would be a 20 Minute wait and ended up waiting 50 mins
Everytime we pass through Cotton Tree we stop and have fish and chips at this place as it's the best we've had. Always consistent. Great hospitality and they even opened early just to take my order today. We tell everyone about this place.

Haven't even eaten yet but I guess they are not going broke. 1.50 for sauce on a Pluto Pup. Better be nice for the price.
I eat there all the time. Young staff are amazing always make you feel welcome. That to me is very important to have friendly service even when they are so busy. I can not falt the grilled fish the calamari melts in your mouth. Price is affordable. Where many are over priced. So if your near by and hungry give it a good you will be grateful you did.
