After three stressful months I finally handed an unpaid debt to Paramount Collections. Having never required the use of debt collection services before I was unsure of the process and approached it with a fair amount of trepidation. Troy was understanding. cordial and excellent to deal with. The process was very easy and he kept me updated with progress regularly. Within two weeks he had the debt paid in full. As a solvency accountant, I have observed that there is a propensity for parties who owe money to the insolvent, not to pay. Litigation is often an appropriate course of action but can be both a time consuming and expensive exercise. I have been using Paramount Collections for a number of years to assist with the recovery of outstanding debtor accounts as both a cost effective and efficient approach to debtor collection for various administrations. Paramount Collections take the time to listen to the particular circumstances of an administration and will often formulate a unique recovery approach that addresses the requirements and resources available to that particular administration. Paramount Collections have returned outstanding results on a consistent basis. Their staff are professional; commercial; and provide a high level of communication at every stage of the debt recovery process. In my experience there has been no job to big or too small. Gave them two small debts to recover and they failed at both, no teeth or energy to chase your money. The response below tells me they have quite a few customers that they fail to collect for, if they have no idea who I am. What's more if you speak out that they failed to complete their task, they threaten to sue you.

We were in dispute with a supplier after not being able to agree on a settlement amount the supplier put the matter in the hands of Paramount, Troy called me and we discussed the facts and he managed to go back to the supplier with our offer to resolve the dispute and within a few days the matter was resolved its all about listening and comprise when both sides have a story. Very professional
