I needed to send a small package to South Africa where the postal service is not always reliable. Pack and Send are agents for DHL so I used them to courier the package. It went without a hitch, the package was delivered in the expected time and the tracking was excellent. To be recommended.

I needed a guitar, bought on Gumtree, prepared for transit from QLD to SA. Packed by the seller, it was promptly and carefully handled by the team at Maroochydore. Their listening and communication was excellent, their responses prompt and clear. We soon had everything sorted and the guitar arrived in excellent order. Professional, friendly, reliable, no misunderstandings , no fuss - definitely one of the best P and S offices I have encountered - and I have used a few. No hesitation in highly recommending them.
I recently used Pack & Send Maroochydore for the first time to send a huge amount of small marketing pieces to the Gold Coast. It was all very 'bitsy' but a high quantity of, I really had no idea how I was going to go about sending it! The team at Pack and Send were super-helpful in not only providing me with a prompt quotation, but also made everything so easy for me as they took care of all of the packing side of things, and I was kept very in-the-loop with delivery of the goods, which were delivered in a timely manner. Will use this business again. Highly recommended!
I needed to send a difficult parcel overseas that Australia post couldn’t ( because of their rules which is fine they do a good job too!) and they were amazing! So easy and helpful and it got there safely . I’m going to send my Christmas parcels via them too now that I know how easy it is! Awesome staff I’m just happy as a lark! Thankyou !
