They were not upfront about their pricing at the start and for the amount of work they did the fee was outrageous. I was informed about their pricing structure only when I received the invoice. The administration lady was very rude on the phone and the owner of the business refused to even speak with me. I will never go back there and I'll never refer this company. Worst customer service.

It was a bad experience. I used McColm Matsinger for my property sale in 2019. Thier lack of dilligence in the transfer papers caused the settlement to be delayed and I had to pay the buyers legal fees of 1700. They informed me there was a problem on Friday afternoon before a Monday settlement, and Renita, my solicitor was unavailable to speak to me on the Monday. At this point I was overseas on holiday celebrating my birthday with friends. I had confirmed with my solicitor that everything was in order before I left. I spent my birthday receiving threats from the buyers solicitor to sue me if I refused to pay their 1700 in legal fees. Wasn't the best birthday I remember. I cannot recommend them based on that one experience with them. I could have done a better job myself without legal representation and thier mistake cost me 1700 on top of thier fees.
