I made a mistake and put my partners tax into the H &R Block slot in their door. I rang the Maroochydore office to find out the Nambour kffice phone number. I was told by a lady there that they won't be there until 4 pm the next day and she gave me their number. I ran g the next day after 4 pm and told the lady what I had done she said she would take next door for me to our accountant. Lovely kind staff who helped me out with my mistake. Thankfully I had wrote a little note with our a constant name and my partners phone number on it. The last was going to ring him to tell him she had his tax information @ H &R Block. If I needed another accountant I would go to H &R Block!

My partner paid 139 for his Tax return. Despite our follow-up and the claim from H&R BLOCK that it was taken care of,IT WASN'T LODGED 2019! We, now have lodged it (and paid again for it of course!),with another company. When you are working in Accounting, THIS KIND OF A MISTAKE IS UNACCEPTABLE! I thank you for your response. Regards
I had to have a number of years assessments done and used the Maroochydore branch. Whilst it wasn’t good news for me the results achieved were far better than expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending H&R Block to anyone needing tax advice.
