K Owens This message was posted against the Toowoomba office a month ago. It is in relation to this office and the GM Peter. WARNING Worst service assistance in history. They say they understand time is money however we called first thing in the morning for a service request and after speaking to three separate people through out the day no one got back to us till 5 hours later. No employee new the generic password to get into the printer administrator which I guessed myself. If anyone else needs help its "12345678" By then I worked out the issue with FTP scanning feeds and updated IP on my own. As far as I know if your happy for your business to go without scanning or printing needs for a period of up to 5 hours these guys are good for you. Apologies this was meant for the sunshine coast office. GM Peter just rang up saying that his office contacted me within the hour. Insinuating that the above is all fake..... Unbelievable companies need to take responsibility.
