Horrible experience having carpet installed. We had to pay in full up front. Day that the carpet was meant to be installed there was a fault in the roll. No one ever contacted us about next steps or to apologise about the inconvenience. I had to start ringing everyday to figure out what the plan was to get it installed. A week later, Install day two - the carpet provided for our master was cut short. A week and a half later, install day three - the carpet supplied has a slight change in colour. So our master room has two tones of carpet. I’ve asked three different people if we will be compensated for this nightmare - “they’ll see what they can do”. Still no one has ever rang us, not even to ask how it all went or if we’re satisfied with the service.

Went to look. Place was busy, but using social distancing. Lovely rugs, great helpful staff especially a lady called Chris we saw the rug we loved Chris checked price and informed us of a further discount. Happy days, fab new rug great price! .

From the moment we entered the store Ryan was professional and helpful. He and his co worker gave us excellent advise and then gave us time to view the incredible range of rugs in store. We took advantage of the very simple ‘try before you buy’ offer and took 2 rugs home. No other store gave us this option. It’s very difficult to imagine how your rug will actually look in your home but the option of the 7 day trial is awesome. Thanks so much Ryan for your incredible service. They have a great team in Maroochydore/Sunshine Coast. Done the best for me to get my right choice. It took them a while to get all my orders across the country, but they finally did it perfectly! Their Persian rugs are amazing. Highly recommended to every one.Thanks heaps Adam and Dave!
