My wife and I have just purchases a Subaru Forester from Cricks in Wises Road, Maroochydore. Found it on Carsales.com.au. Sales person, Stuart Perry, immediately contacted me and arranged a inspection. Stuart is very professional and provided us with great customer service attending to our every needs. Consequently we were so confident with his word, we decided to buy the car at the first inspection. I would highly recommend Stuart to anyone wanting a used car. Andrew Seeley, Service Manager, also provided us with immediate advise on the car.
Hello everyone, I have been a customer of Cricks Wises Road, Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast for many years. I bought my little Suzuki Swift form them over 8 years ago and my little car has always been serviced by them during this time. I have always found the service dept to be very helpful and happy always, Thomas and Del who are on the front desk our very helpful and obliging. The service of my little Suzuki Swift is excellent. I do not have any trouble from one service to the next. The boys do the service as what is required to keep this old lady safe on the roads and the service pricing is kept to a minimum.
Hello to the team at Cricks Maroochydore. My wife and I have just recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from the dealership. From the moment we walked in we were met by a salesman called James McKenna. James was so amazing at his job . We were totally sold. We were then introduced to Ms Kate Jones the finance manager. What a pleasure. She could do enough to assist us and helpful with the purchase. The lady and the long haired git behind the counter were both extremely rude and arrogant. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Absolutely appalling. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!
