I found one of the ladies here lovely and when she needed to routinely search our bags she was very nice about it but one woman here with short blonde hair was extremely rude to me. She was super aggressive and yelled at me when I couldn't immediately find my recipe although I did nothing wrong. I love the clothes here but I don't think I would ever go back there.
Excellent customer service. Staff are always smiling and willing to assist. Hands down my favourite place to shop!
I feel that many are happy to write a complaint but I believe in writing positive feedback especially when I feel service is outstanding, therefore I would like you to know how impressed I am when visiting your store at Sunshine Plaza. Always I find that the staff there are very friendly and the service I receive always comes with a smile . Your store manager Larelle obviously has great repour with her staff as this I see every time I visit, also Larelle has excellent interpersonal skills and is very professional as well.
