Happy with service and outcomes. Have had three devices repaired under warranty by COMSCAN, Martin Logan speakers and Cambridge Audio devices. Happy with outcomes. A little wait with each one as expected given parts came from USA & UK. I would recommend and use them again.
Good product with known fault . . .but a little out of warranty. No promises made, told to expect 2 week turn-around . . .Replacement received in a week . . .what's not to love? Thanks guys
My Onkyo Receiver purchased from Joyce Mayne suffered a manufacturing fault, eligible for manufacturers recall/fix. So JM repairer is Comscan. No problem, left with them with mobile number early April. Phoned late April. "Waiting on supply of parts". No message. Phoned late May. "We left a message." Me "I don't have voice mail". Them "Are you calling me a liar?" Me. "Just saying - you just said you left a message". They may have replaced the circuit board, but customer service and attitude stinks. How about an sms? How about telling the truth?
