Shopping today for a dress to wear to a family funeral, I was frustrated with sizings and styles in other stores. City Chic was so welcoming and friendly. They offer amazing service and you very quickly feel comfortable and reassured. The change rooms are private and beautiful. The whole experience was pleasant and calm and I even left with bras as well because they offered a good range for a great price, something I wouldn't have known from the promenade. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I just had the most positive shopping experience that I have had in the longest time courtesy of Bridget at your Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore flagship store. She was friendly and helpful, listened to my concerns and was encouraging. I know that the online city chic range has been expanding, but it's the staff in the retail stores that really make shopping at city chic a pleasant retail experience.

Have a great range of fashion to suit larger figures. Good quality and cut to fit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can order online and collect in store, you're able to try on and they will refund if it's not as expected...

Ashley and LuLu were very helpful in helping me find items to try on and style tips. The clothes are a little expensive but well worth the money. The quality is nice and the dressing room experience is quite good.

Went into City Chic Maroochydore Plaza as i had never been in the store before and was looking for an outfit for a special occasion and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely clothes and friendly helpful ladies, in particular a lady named Bec. She spent the time with me and helped in picking something that was flattering to my shape and was made to feel very comfortable. Keep up the great customer service it really is outstanding
