Absolutely perfect customer service bought a Roland a 49 midi controller for an excellent price. The gorgeous girl (Sharni) at the counter was very helpful went out her way to find me a USB printer cable for the midi controller Unfortunately couldn't find one all good though. Will definately be comming back in the near future stock is plentiful never seen a cash converters this excellent. And hopefully Sharni will be working when I return. 5 stars well done!
Always find an amazing deal or something interesting!
Very unprofessional as I bought a broken item that they would not replace or do anything with. Can be very judgemental as well and treat you very differently if you are wearing the wrong clothes. Alot of gym trainers, fitness enthusiats and athletes sometimes where brands like Nike and adidas but if you go info cashies wearing anything of the sort you'll probably get judged because if they Dont know why your wearing those brands, like seeing a personal trainer badge or a shirt that has the gyms logo on it that you go to, they will just assume your coming in for drugs and that you are a lad/eshay. Especially if you are a young adult as well.
Went in to trade some things, as you do. As I was walking in the male at the counter was rolling a durrie and had tobacco all over the counter, which is so disgusting, and should not be allowed whatsoever. Very disappointed in this store. Tried to rip me off also. Not coming back. I’d do no stars if I could.
I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I've always found the staff here really helpful - much more than in some of the big retailers. You can't complain about the store if you don't do some research on your product before you buy. They have a very generous returns policy, too.
I always call in when I'm in the area. Paul is a good bloke and the others have always been really nice too. Scored many bargains there.
My partner and I always call in to Cash Converters Maroochydore to pick up a good bargin. We are very happy with the staff and service as they are always willing to negotiate the price for me.
