I recently purchased a Trixie cluster and I am so happy with it! The whole process was very easy. I received my custom drawing within a week from my first enquiry and placed the order soon after. Staff is very friendly and it was nice to visit the studio and see the glass blowing in action... I mean what an experience!!!

Beautiful Lighting. Extremely incompetent staff. They were extremely difficult to deal with, shifted the blame and were very rude even though all the mistakes were their own. Sadly, I would never shop here again.
Recommended by our interior designer. Ordering was easy and quick, product is stunning. Received in a timely manner. Pity about the packing, I am surprised that the order arrived intact! Packaging was filthy and the glass need to be cleaned. Bit of a shock given the price.
I have watched my partner work here for years. The owner is fickle, unorganised and unprofessional. I have watched him struggle due to the nepotism and low wages. The only good thing is the team he manages.

I purchased Ivy lights and am absolutely thrilled with them. I love the hand blown nature of them. The service from Mark Douglass Design was sensational - everyone I spoke to was excellent - guiding me through the whole process from choice, to ordering to advice on installation. Highly recommend.
Travelled from Queensland with specific intent to purchase. Staff on duty could not have be less interested in helping us and pre occupied with other activities. Had been recommended by our Interior designer.Will tell her not to bother in future. Walked out!!
