The absolute most useless department. My wife has to have an exemption to drive my car due to a change in our circumstances. Despite being a mature adult and a parent. These idiots refuse to provide her an exemption regardless of the amount of supporting information we have provided. I wish these departments would start paying a little more and hiring people with an ability to display so sort of emotional intelligence
