On 2 seperate occasions they were dishonest about pricing for my partners required treatment. On the first occasion 200 turned into over 300. And on today's occasion 580 turned into 1160 over 2 sessions . Would not recommend. Would advise you seek assistance elsewhere. On the first occasion we just paid the extra today we declined the service and will go elsewhere. Ensure all quotes are provided in writting before obtaining service. He left today extremly frustrated and visibly upset. (Granted some of this responsibility seems to get shunned to reception due to their practices)

My husband recently visited this place. He came for checkup. He doesn’t speak English very well, they took advantage of him not understanding well, at the end they charged him 500 ! Definitely never going back again. If I have option here not to give any star, I would do that.

Had a cyst removed this morning by dr Ye Chen he was amazing never felt a thing and been cut out very impressed a big thank you to the doctor and his team would highly recommend this clinic

I can highly recommend Western Eye Specialist. The specialist and all staff are so friendly and caring. My father is treated with the greatest respect and they have gone above and beyond in maintaining his sight. Dr Hoffman along with Hieu and Stephanija and all the staff work so hard to ensure the best professional treatment, we cant thank them enough. Regards Emmanuel and Mary.

My 7months old baby appointment was at 4:10 pm but we had to Wait until 6:10pm with a small and narrow waiting area with no room for kids very disappointed
