Great place to go to the acrade and pretty much have everything you need to have a good time but my only downfall is one of my favourite arcade game is still unplayable, damaged and it's been exploited by new people expecting to playable but at the end, they just wasted 3.00 I have spoken to the timezone employees in the past, even though they clean and reset the machine, it's the same result and it's been around 3 months or more and nothing has been done to fix the issue. In my opinion, if an acarde game is damaged or unplayable, it's need to a shutdown and unavailable to the public untill a techniction fix the issue. Please fix the dancerush acrade game :(
Had a great time with our son's birthday party. Serena was our perfect host who managed the big brats (a dozen of them) very well.
Come on down and view Timezones new addition, the staff are friendly, ready to help. They have two party rooms that can be made into one. Plenty of seating at currently have double dollers! So why not come on down if you want to have fun!
I hope your business is aware that it is illegal to enforce QR code’s according to the federal government privacy Act 1988, so perhaps you should not have someone ‘Forcing’ people to check in at the door. I know that the young staff are following directives from management, so debating them at the door is useless. Perhaps if you are so concerned with ‘stopping the spread’ you should hire staff on the floor spraying down the gaming equipment with sanitisers, and have more sanitiser stations.
Great upgrades and always friendly staff there I'm 25 and the staff still treat me nice and don't age shame me
I come here quite a lot and I’ve gotta say I love the Staff over there at highpoint, they help me with the machines if it’s gone faulty And even have great chats with me, Charne is the funniest and nicest by far, Whenever I leave it’s always a smile on my face :))
